has been in business since 1972 and, along with our national service
network, we still operate our own glass and door shop in Boston
so we understand the issues confronting our contractors.
With
multiple customers we can provide a contractor with 10 or more service
calls in a month. We take on the customer service role which allows
our contractors to focus on getting the work done efficiently.
Our
customer service program can be tailored to suit the needs of each
customer, e.g. check-in/check-out, invoice requirements and insurance.
Our call center in Boston operates 24 hours a day.
